The Vote-app has been improved: find out what's new

At RiskChallenger, we believe that better decisions start with better conversations and that also means giving teams the right tools to make collective risk assessments easier and collaborative.

This is why we have completely revamped our vote-app, adding powerful new features to help you get even more value out of every quantification session.

Here is a snapshot of what is new:

  1. Voting when it suits the user best, even before the session

You can now open a non-live voting session. This allows participants to vote on risks and quantifiers in advance, before the session. This allows the teams to use meeting times for meaningful discussion based on the result and ultimately reach quicker decision-making

  1. Vote on multiple risks at once

This has been a frequent request from our users and we are happy to report that you can now vote on multiple risks in one session. When the facilitator starts a vote session, they can simply select all the risks from the file that need to be included in the session. This feature makes vote-sessions more efficient and targeted.

  1. Name visibility for better dialogue

There is now an option to include names in the vote session. The facilitator can enable or disable this function while opening a vote-session. By allowing participants to enter their names, it now becomes easier to refer back to insights and ask clarifying questions. However, it is of course still possible to have an anonymous session.

  1. Smarter visuals for better decisions

We have upgraded the result graphs to give facilitators better visibility into how participants voted. This helps to see whether participants are aligned or disagree at a simple glance.

  1. Full risk details for all participants

Facilitators can now choose to share all risk information with participants, including causes, measures, effects and their relation to each other. Simply select the option to show risk details when starting a session and this information will be available for every risk included.
