Our customers are active in sectors such as contracting, energy, government (central and decentralized), healthcare and water management. We are constantly expanding our horizons and exploring new markets.
As a leading consultancy firm in the infrastructure sector, we help manage complex projects, both in the public and private sectors. Our focus is on improving project control and minimizing risks so that projects run successfully and safely.
For our Projects team, we are looking for a Risk Management Advisor. This team supports organizations in their risk management processes and offers innovative solutions to effectively manage risks. Our combination of advanced software and experienced consultants provides an efficient and interactive approach to risk management.
Team Projects consists of twelve advisors, each of whom is responsible for their own (or joint) projects. With their diverse expertise and experience, we can offer the right match for every client.
What are you going to do?
As a Risk Management Advisor, you help companies implement our tool and advise on the risk management process. You support organizations and projects in strengthening their communicative risk management and help them grow into adulthood.
In addition, you contribute to the development of our products and services and you are commercially active. You actively seek new opportunities in the market and help expand our product-market combinations. Together with customers, you develop new functionalities for our tool — and sometimes even completely new tools. You will then work with the team to implement these ideas and bring them to market successfully.
Your tasks include:
- Advising on risk management for various assignments;
- Supporting colleagues in their work and projects;
- Developing and providing training and courses on risk management;
- Building and maintaining your own relationship network;
- Supervising RiskChallenger implementation processes;
- Developing new functionalities within our tooling;
- Creating new services and products around RiskChallenger;
- Preparation of offers and action plans.

What do you bring with you?
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the technology, infrastructure or construction sector;
- Strong analytical skills and familiar with various risk analysis tools and methods;
- Proactive attitude and flexibility to work independently as well as in a team;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical information clearly;
- Ad-rem, enthusiastic and commercially minded;
- Good command of both the Dutch and English languages, orally and in writing.
